1. Product Overview
XM detachable high-temp firesleeve provides the same protection against extreme heat conditions and occasional direct flames as XM Firesleeve. Its flexible closure system allows for installation without the need to remove and reconnect fittings and terminations. The reusable closure additionally allows for easy repair, minimizing labor and costly downtime. XM high-temp firesleeves with metal snap closure and with hook & loop / Velcro Buckle closure are available, firesleeve with zipper closure and hook & loop / Velcro Buckle fastener can also be customized.
XM detachable high-temp firesleeve is highly resistant to hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, and fuels. The dense braided fiberglass interior insulates against energy loss in piping and hosing, while the high density silicone coating protects personnel from accidental injury.

2. Detachable High-temp Firesleeve Q
XM-BVHK Buckle Velcro Type fire sleeve is a perfect solution to protect cables, wires and hoses with very high temperature. It's made by fiberglass sleeve and silicone. This sleeve is a self-extinguishing thermal protection sleeve. Silicone rubber on our fire sleeve sheds molten metals, slag, welding splatter, electrical or grinding sparks and contamination.
This sleeve with the Buckle Velcro system offers the chance to bundle and install easily different cables and wires.
It offers excellent short term flame protection and great insulation properties for high temperature.
It resist to hydraulic fluids, oils and fuels and can protects against molten splash and flames.
It's mainly used in steelworks, glass and ceramic industry, in railway and some other fields.
We have four different types of Buckle Velcro fire sleeves, based on the different construction, Velcro Buckle material and dimensions covered.
XM-BVHK-NY, hook & loop fire sleeve with Nylon Buckle Velcro, more soft than blanket, but it can cover only sizes until 140 mm.
XM-BVHK-NO, hook & loop fire sleeve with Nomex Buckle Velcro, more soft than blanket, but it can cover only sizes until 140 mm.
XM-BVHK-NYB, hook & loop fire sleeve with Nylon Buckle Velcro made with fire sleeves blanket, more hard, but it can cover bigger sizes, until 305 mm. Standard thickness is 3.2mm.
